We don't have a dryer here, but when I was living in Florida, I cleaned the lint trap before AND after. Didn't want to start fires or some crazy shit that I'd be paranoid about happening had I not cleaned the lint trap.

A. Our lint trap says right on it to clean it out before each load so that's when I always end up checking it. Everyone else in the house cleans it after they do a load, though, so I hardly ever have to actually do anything.

I always check it before I do laundry cuz I use a public dryer, but I always clean it when I take out clothes.

Also, in college I occasionally chose option D ;-)
