I knew I had a long day ahead of me. And I wasn't rooting for anyone in particular this year. So why, oh why did I spent the last three and a half hours lying in bed watching the Oscars? Probaby because of my huge crazy love for movies and everything movie-related.
Some questions that arose during this sleepless night ...
- Why didn't anyone tell Jennifer Hudson, Tilda Swinton and Diablo Cody that their dresses are... well ... just terribly ugly?
- When did Catherine Zeta-Jones got an Oscar? And for what movie?
- Were the categories always titled with "Achievement in..."?
- Did Harrison Ford do a movie in the last 5 (10?) years at all?
- Who was the girl next to Viggo Mortensen?
- Wasn't this ceremony shorter than usual?
- When will I be able to watch the red-carpet stuff I taped?
- Is Colin Farrell Irish or a Scot?
- Will I ever fall out of love with the scottish accent? [I should really get some James McAvory movies]
- Does ibuprofen also works for headaches caused by sleep-deprevation?
- How will I make it through this 15 hours day on only two hours of sleep? [the 15 hours starting now and do not include the 3,5 hours I'm already awake]
And totally unrelated
- Will I ever live in a flat / house with underfloor heating?
Off to the shower... and then to get the first dose of coffein for today.
