So I'm all alone in the call center, in charge of the entire freakin' office. Sophia isn't here. None of the managers are here. None of the staff is here. That's right. Everyone and their mother decided that they had better things to do then to come into work today. SO I am picking up the slack for 10 other people.

The three phones in this office have been ringing off the hook since I came in at 9. nonstop. like they all ring at once. AAAAnd there are people coming in to ask me questions that I don't know the answer to and I can't ask anyone because...oh look! my boss thought it would be best not to show up at her job today.
I am so drained and tired of this crap. Why can't people take their shit seriously?
