Overall, an enjoyable weekend thus far. Yesterday was another GRREEAAAT day. It's inexplicable. I had this profound sense of well-being. No malaise for this girl. I found myself surrounded with people I liked, and (this is probably the most important part), We don't do anything in any of my classes anymore! Nada. We just watch movies and have free periods. 'Tis a beautiful phenomenon. Had dance for 2 and a half hours yesterday afternoon-evening. I can hardly believe how I've improved this year. I never thought I'd get my old ability back after three years of non-dancing, and certainly didn't believe I'd IMPROVE. Imagine the odds. So last night I picked up Rachel and Candace, we met up with Sheena and Yoda and went out to "BMac's" house. Didn't do much of anything. It kinda sucked, but that was due to weird tension between Simon and myself. I sipped my wine and played my first round of beer pong ever. I was TERRIBLE. Didn't sink one ping pong ball. Notta one. Well Simon and I resolved the "weirdness", we chilled with the obscenely annoying neighborhood kids (who, in fact, recited a rousing rendition of "SMOKE! SMOKE! SMOKE! SMOKE! SMOKE!"), and called it a night. Not much, but better than staying home. And I got to see Simon for the first time in three days. Being in school and work SUCKS. But it'll all be a memory in a few short days. A week and a half, to be exact. Ahh. I anticipate the summer will be amazing. Simon's house tonight. Have a good one, all.
