Somewhere to live
Hi there, my original plan for shifting has fallen through.
Here's the situation, I'm selling my house. I have approx $150-200 a week left over after mortgage payments, but due to splitting with my partner, i really want to move out of there.
I'm looking for a new place anywhere from indooroopilly through to Clayfield as i work in bowen hills, but i'd need a fairly decent sized bedroom, and space somewhere for my computer desk and bookcases.
I don't smoke, drink heavily, take drugs or anything like that, and would prefer a housemate who didn't either. Ideally i'd like to get a kitten.
i'm generally pretty quiet, fairly respectful, pretty tidy.
Does anyone know someone who needs a housemate where the rent is pretty cheap so that i can afford rent and mortgage? Ideally i'd like to move within a month so that i don't have to pay more for storage.
