something old but new
Last night I sorted through some music that some random guy at work copied for me yesterday. It has Anti-Flag on it. I have heard of the name but never heard their music although my guess was spot on what their agenda was. I like them. It's my new discovery for the month... and you can stop looking at me like i've been living under a rock, becuase I'm in Africa (a really big, flat rock).
They're not the most original thing out there but the blatant generic 'hate your government' anthemic tunes are inciteful and represent the energy that we admire in punk and skaters. This is not an expert's opinion - it's my musings to keep busy in traffic.
Also watched the Dr Who easter special last night. I am going to miss David Tennant. He gave me a nervous tingling sensation in my heart - what will i do without him. The next special looks really good as well - water on mars or something. the story and situation looks like something thats already been done on previous episodes but it's going to be brilliant. how can it not?!
I'm craving popcorn...
