28 weeks, 5 days
Had my checkup yesterday. Everything is perfectly normal.
My weight gain = normal
Blood pressure = normal
pee = normal
28th week bloodwork = perfectly normal
Birth Plan we brought in = perfect (except they don't have a birthing tub at the hospital)
Again we were complimented for all the thorough, informed questions we brought forth. (Which makes me happy but also really, really scared for those kids whose parents didn't read anything or do even the slightest bit of research. WTF?????)
I am so happy that Saginaw has at least some (if not most) of the resources we wanted for having a baby!
Got to have a surprise ultrasound. Baby is perfectly normal - heart, spine, movement, size, etc... She's right where she needs to be with everything, even if she is a little 'camera shy'. ;)
Oh - and it's ABSOLUTELY a girl. We got to see her 'girl parts' again and both the sonographer and the doctor confirmed that she is a girl. So BOOO on all those people (especially strangers) that tell me I'm carrying too low for a girl!
Now we are on the 2-week schedule for appointments. Wheeeeeee!!!!!
