When time stands still
I will be there awaiting
My cosmic reawakening
After this momentous pause

To stand drifting not
Making no noise and silence
Abides the stillness of my environment
All my energy bubbling inside me
Awaiting the movement of father-time

When time stands still
I will be unsurprised
Because my heart told me
A pause was coming
To slow me down-- get me thinking

I know when time stands still
My joy will be in the miracle
Of it all...For I am ever moving
Like a time piece.
Slowing down will not hurt me
