rundown
I just went out to the pub with pretty much everyone from my floor. I found that people are pretty much the same wherever, and that vodka on top of chocolate makes me a bit ill.
So the rundown goes
Helen-next door neighbor, nice but sorority if there were such a thing here
Sean (spelled Sian)-(girl) her best friend, going dancing with them on Weds.
Tris- Helen's brother, and a kindly stoner type (though I dunno if he actually smokes) has taken me a bit under his wing for which I am eternally greatful.
Ben- Helen's boyfriend, hansom and a nice frat boy
Rich- tall, dark, quiet likes to drink but is an amiable drunk
Steve??- Rich's mate, looks a bit like Snape, plays in a band, vocal drunk
Tierny-lovely, could be an actual friend
Andrea- I like her, but may be a bit too much like me really
Liz- other american, did not come to pub, very quiet
Rob- hansom, knows it. Smart, knows it. Overall want to hit him.
Tim-oddball, likes zombie flicks
Liz- no opinion
Dan??- hansom, quiet, not intriging
The pub thing could get fun with the right group but tonight it was not much fun. Though to be fair, I'm not much fun. Secretly, or not so secretly really, wish to be home. I'll get over it.
In other news I have a new lamp, which is quite ugly, but which is not floresent, so is awesome.
Also I only have class for 8 hours a week. Na na na na.
