I was out sick the first two days of this week, and I get tomorrow off (for my birthday--special department-only perk, nifty). It still seems like too long; probably because my head still feels like it's been stuffed with cotton balls.
I've spent this entire month bouncing back and forth between Boston and Northampton. it's been marvelous, but I think that April might wind up being restful by comparison, because I'll actually be able to do chores of various kinds on the weekend again.
So, I have a quandary. I'm thinking of buying a graphics tablet; I've wanted one for years, but I can finally afford one (just barely). Call it a birthday present to myself. Anyway, I was poking around the Harvard computer site (yay discounts), and there are so many kinds. I'm assuming that Wacom's my best bet--that's all I ever hear about--and it has to be Mac-compatible, but even so, I just don't know where to start. I don't suppose anyone out there has a helpful hint or two?
(I know, I should get off my lazy metaphorical ass and do some research. But just in case!)
