This weekend was fucking awesome...one of the best i've had in a really really long time...
friday night we went out to Sky. had an awesome time. It was our first time there, and i absolutly love the venue...just wish it was a little bigger...We hung out up in the VIP area most of the night, because afterall, we are VIP...it was nice just lounging around, mingling with those we care most for, with good tunes and good drinks...
I had the very special honor of having a suspension session with Toby at the club...i told him that if he tied me up, i'd let him use a taser on me (he's been itching to taser me for a while now)...and all i can say is OMFG!!! it had been a really long time since i had been suspended, and i totally forgot how freeing it was...and the taser...WOW!...it's hard to describe the feeling... i mean, yeah, it hurts, but thats a given, but it wasn't as severe a pain as i had originally suspected. And while i was suspended, i thought that he had only used one taser on me, but apparently he went all the way up to 200K volts with me, but with the headspace i was in at the time, i couldn't tell the difference...but all in all, it was an amazing experience. I was able to release all of the built up negative energy and had a complete spiritual cleansing. Toby even thanked me for letting him go crazy during the end of the session..."c'mon, all you gotta do is cry...just one tear and i'll stop. c'mon, c'mon, are you gonna cry for me?!?"...*sigh* it was wonderful...when we got home, i was so inspired, i sat up till 5 am writing...
saturday was super lazy day. Chris lounged around the house, and Colette and I went up to the Penguine to meet up with Freakshow to discuss show stuff. While we were there, we were joined breifly by the loverly Aimee. After the meeting, we dropped Freakshow off at his girls place and went back over to Hysteric to see Kim and see what new goodies she has. After that, i dropped collette off at Michales, and went home to rest up before the evenings outings...
Saturday evening was spent with close friends and other loved ones at Tutto Mundos for Steves b-day get together. I was really nice just relaxing in an amazing atmosphere, more good friends, more good drinks, and more good music. The majority of us we all still tuckered out from the night before, but at least we were able to be lethargic together. We hung out and migled for a few hours, and then made our way back home to wander into the world of Guy Maddin...
Once home, we were joined by the ever so amazing Austin and Gargirl. We watched "Archangel" and snacked and mingled...good times, good times...
sunday was lazy day for me, as chris went up to concord to get out of the house...
all in all, a very good weekend...
