Selling the house?
We are selling our Condo... ourselves. Well with a little help from ComFree. If you know where we live its easy enough to find us. Our first open house is this weekend and I am nervous.
However good thing is we are not in a hurry, we have yet to find a place and we are not hurting to leave, we like it here a lot. Just want a yard and what we pay for in fees we can afford a larger mortgage.
I know to:
1. get rid of cat (he is at Rita and Tims)
2. light a few vanilla candles in the morning to make it smell nice but not over powering. (unlike ALL the open houses we went too minus one place. wow just so much room spray)
3. HIDE everything, phone chargers, necklaces, pens... everything cause people love to steal shit
4. NOT be here. Well Ryan and I will not be here but Neil will be.
