Today is going to mark the first day of getting back into shape. I'm going to work out to some capacity every single day, stop eating so much fast food (that's going to be tough when I'm with Kevin, the boy loves his fast food >.<), and generally be more active and healthy! My aim is to go to the gym at school 3 days a week and work out at home the other days/ the weekend. If anyone wants to join me, I'd be more than happy to have a workout buddy =)
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 38.5 inches
Weight: I'll weigh myself on Monday but I'm gonna guess 125 pounds.
I'm gonna re-weigh/measure myself once a week, I dunno what my goal is, maybe 10 pounds and a couple inches off. So seriously, if anyone wants to do this with me, let me know!
