to Kenya and back again
Kenya was awesome.
hey, if anyone has donations for next year's trip... lemme know! THey need random textbooks, and hospital beds... or money to build the school. seriously.
the best part that you wouldn't expect: well, since we were the only 3 white people in Kamanze, we were quite surprised to see white people in Wamunyu (neighboring village known for it's wood carvings)... the surprising thing? ... I WANTED to be the minority!
oh, and a kenyan at the airport said I looked like his sister (hair up in cornrows... aka... plated!)das right! I sooo remind him of his black sister! yesssssssss! (no seriously... that makes me really excited! whoot!)
but yeah... I'm on Kenyan time still... and I'm going back to camp tomorrow... this could be interesting! (their 7 hrs ahead btw).
ok, well I love you all... email me or IM me when I get back (on the 13th til the 19th) so we can chill before college!
