I am practicing at positive thinking. Here are some miscellaneous positive thoughts. I don't really know why I'm posting them here, except maybe in the hope that someone else will read them and be inspired.

I read some awesome advice last week. It was, "Imagine what you would do if you weren't afraid. Then, do it."
It's not possible to see the world with complete objectivity, but it is important to realize that one's own perceptions can wind up becoming a blindfold.
Always expect the best of others.
When in dialogue, bear in mind the desired outcome. What do I want from this interaction? What do I want the other person to take away once it's done?
Do not act or speak out of a desire to be "right." Seek harmony.
Have grace.
Believe in yourself.
Want the best for yourself and for others.
To have compassion for others, one must first have compassion for oneself.
Ideas are more important than opinions.
If you criticize yourself too harshly, you will always feel defensive when criticized by others, as if they have uncovered your secrets. Having impossibly high expectations of your own performance does not make you a fraud.
