Summarizing the rest because am too lazy to open my dictionary again -->
Arthur gave Alfred a big bowl of "delicious" scones. Antonio gave Lovino some churros.
Arthur and Antonio blamed each other for upsetting their charge. They simultaneously said "That stupid brat is so different from my cute Al/Romano."
And they started fighting again.

T/N: After editing my translation I noticed how Lovino uses difficult kanji words compared to Alfred's more childish way of speaking. I guess they want to emphasize the difference in their age/knowledge/maturity. Probably?
Might as well list them here since I had to crack my kanji dictionary so many times:
派手 (hade) = flashy, showy, gaudy
断固拒否 (dankokyohi) = resolutely/firmly veto/reject/refuse
堪忍 (kannin) = forgiveness, forbearance, endurance
