Boy-Who-Lived!Draco
ETA 3:55 p.m.: I just claimed prompt #91 over at phoenix_flies @ IJ for art.
AU: Draco Malfoy is the Boy Who Lived.
There will definitely be a flopsy/ficlet to accompany it, but most likely the fic won't be done by the deadline (March 15th). So not claiming for fic.

Year One: His Right-hand Man
Year Two: Whispers in the Walls
Year Three: The Black Sheep
Year Four: The Wizard's Return
Year Five: Forgotten Prophesies
Expected length: 35,000 to 90,000 words (5000 to 12000 words a chapter). Because I suck at planning word count D:
What I wanted to share with you though, is this fantasticrackilicious BoyWhoLived!Draco plotbunny courtesy of ruien, in which Lucius raised Draco up to be the next Dark Lord:

though they also raised him to be a charismatic leader like the headmaster whatever his name is

there's the lunar calendar in which the damned cycle changes all the time
but you've got to prove that the lunar calendar on his birth was june
which is a bit of a long shot
but yea and draco is reintroduced after the time of the new tri-wizards and transfers to hogwarts after being targeted by voldemort's agents
but REALLY, being targetted was not a concern of lucius and karkaroff whose loyalties have turned towards draco instead of voldemort
(ie the attacks weren't some devious plan, they really happened, they just aren't worried because draco's so much better than them)
they allowed draco to transfer so that draco would have the opportunity to infiltrate and knock off dumbledore, the only wizard that voldemort has ever feared, which will secure his status in the wizarding world as "above voldemort"
