(no subject)
Thanksgiving was a lot of fun. I managed to fit (almost) everyone around our three tables! that was quite a feat! Lots of food, and we practically had a whole turkey left over. (I've been eating turkey soup and about to make turkey pot pie - so sick of turkey!) I'll post some pictures as soon as Hendrik sends them to me (i was about preoccupied and Hendrik took on the challenge of being the photojournalist and thus pretty much pissing everyone off: GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF MY FACE!) haha had a great time though. What i thought in the end was the funniest thing was that my old housemates all sat in a group, my new housemates and neighbors *mainly anglo-saxons, all sat in a group, then there was my really SOAS friends including Jezzy and Gopika that claimed their own little corner and finally Hendrik, the Frenchies, Kirsten (who flew in from NOrway for this!) created this 'continental' grouping. Sigh... why can't they just mix! But i really shouldn't complain, i just think its a bit funny how this always seems to happen.
