At BSU
Well this weekend I am here at BSU! Kind of Amazing isn't it! I know, I think it is!
Right now I am just sitting in my room watching a TV movie on the Hallmark Channel and looking at the big pile of mess that is on my floor. Every once in a while I look out the window and watch the snow for awhile. I am not really getting much accomplished though. I did get some homework out of the way, which was good!
It is kinda wierd not being at Purdue, or going anywhere for that matter. Just a very lazy weekend! However, I have eaten healthy today! So that should count for something, right?
I never mentioned what I did last weekend and that is bad! Last weekend, of course, I went to Purdue. Friday I got there and we ate some dinner and then went over to Markers and hung out for a while. After going over there for a little we headed back to Aaron's dorm. We watched a movie and went to sleep. Saturday we got up early and went to the Basketball game with Aaron's parents. After the game we got some things at Target and then had dinner at the Olive Garden, it was so yummy! After dinner we chilled at the dorm for a bit and then headed out for the evening. We went to an old friend's apartment and then headed over to Marker's for another good party. It was a great party too. We had a great time! We walked back to the dorms that night and it was cold, but we made it! WE woke up early Sunday morning to go to Breakfast with his parents before they left for home. We went to IHOP and had some really really really good pancakes. THey headed home after breakfast and then aaron and I layed around for a while. At 4pm we headed over to Wes's place and watched Colts game. I was so upset they lost...oh well! We ordered some Love Shack (calzones) after the game and watched a movie! Afterwards we headed towards the dorm and hung out. WE played some Top Spin on the X-Box and then hit the sack! I left Monday afternoon (no school, MLK day). The weekend was great and very relaxing. It was sad when it was over. Sometimes I wish college was just one big weekend! It really isn't, there is a lot of work that has to be done!
So back to my lazy weekend. Aaron and I were hoping that he would get to come up this weekend, but because of other circumstances he wasnt able to. The train was going to be leaving sooner than he would be able to hop on. So it does suck that he wasnt able to come. When he comes here we just lay around and hang out. It never hurts to just be lazy, especially when there is lots of snow around. When I found out that he wasnt going to be able to come, I decided that it would be fun to go down to Darren's house and just hang out with them and stay there on Saturday night. Well with the snow and the uncertain weather, I decided that might not be the greatest idea either. So I am here at Ball State all weekend, and having fun so far. Last night I went over to Katie's and we had some strawberry daquri's and sat around and talked with all the roomates. It was a good time and great conversation! Came back around 1am. Since they are so right across from the dorms, I just came back and slept in my own comfy bed. (Don't worry it's ok...I promise, the girls watch me from their back door.)
Tonight Erica and I are going to go eat at Panera. Yea for yummy Bread Bowls. Then we are going to go to the mall. I am going to get Aaron a pair of jeans with the Aero gift card that he sent me and his $10.00 off card. I promise Aaron I will pick out a very good pair for you. ;)
Alright we are going to Panera for a bread bowl at 7 and it is now 6:03 I must go take a shower! Talk to ya'll later!
