Christmas Day and Night (Dec. 25)
Well I am catching up little by little. I am at christmas now!
Christmas was really special this year! Things were a little different, but everything was great! I woke up Christmas Morning and opened Santa presents with all the kids. Santa brought me a digital camera, a purse, clothes, and a scarf and gloves! They were very cute. I was extremely thankful for all of my gifts!
Watching the other kids on Christmas Morning was exciting. They get so excited about the gifts under the tree. Some seem more thankful and gracious than others, but they all appreciate it...or atleast I hope that they do. It is a humbling feeling knowing that my family provides these children with something that they would otherwise not get. It brings a smile to my face!
That afternoon Aaron and I headed to his Grandma's house to be with his family. After we were there for a while we opened gifts! Earlier that day I had recieved a diamond and saphire bracelet from Aaron's mom and dad. It was very beautiful and I was very excited about it. At his Grandma's house after opening gifts we hung out a little while before eating dinner. After dinner Aaron and I left his grandma's and headed back to my house.
When we arrived at my house the whole family was there. We snacked on some of my mom's yummy food, following food we watched the kids open their family presesnts. They went to bed after presents cause it was getting so late. The adults all opened presents and had some great laughs. My sister gave me some great stuff. I loved all that she gave me. My parents gave me some great stuff too. Everything else that I got was awesome too. My favorite thing was my gift from Aaron. I was totally surprised when I finally opened my iPod! Getting an iPod was the best thing ever. The best part of my iPod is what is engraved on the back of it. Aaron had it engraved with " Joy Noel Love Aaron, Christmas 2004! It was absolutely the perfect gift. I got Aaron an X-Box along with a shirt, boxers and a Belt. I must say this was one of the best Christmas' I have ever had.

Despite the great gifts that everyone recieves and the hustle and bustle that goes along with the holidays, there is one person that you cannot foget. Sometime He seems to get lost in all the mess. But He is the real reason that we are all here and He is the reason for this amazing time of year.
