Cub Hub: More info on room space
The Cub Hub will be a full parlor suite with one or both adjacent rooms attached. We're still looking to fill 3 more room slots, and the cost is looking to be about $300-$325 per person for a bed space for Thursday night through Monday morning. It might be less if we fill the bed spaces and offer a couple floor spaces. Additionally, I will be in one of the attached rooms with 2 beds Wednesday night and Tuesday night if someone needs or wants the extra night for the dead dog party or early/late airline arrival.
Just to be clear, the Cub Hub will be a party room, most likely with open doors as long as one of the "official" roomies is around to babysit. Also there will be at least one official open mixer (21+ due to alcohol) party, and other more laid back gatherings during the course of the con. It's gonna be fun!
Like I wrote above, we have 3 full bed (not floor) slots we'd really like to fill up ASAP so we don't get hosed on the room costs. We'd rather any extra money spent go to booze/snacks/cookies/pampers/etc. So let either fox_cub or me know if you'd like to join us. It costs a little bit more than if you were to just go 4 to a room, but you'll be in a HUGE suite with two attached rooms, and lots of cool stuff going on.
