A big old thank you to porridgebird for the Valentine's Day pressie!

It may just be that I am a child at heart, but this is probably the funniest thing I've seen all day.

(Bonus 2nd line: BTW it is true that a pirate without treasure is like a monkey without a spatula. Just because it's fabulous!)

It's been threatening it for weeks now (we normally get a good snowfall in November, but just had the bitter temperatures, ice and roaring wind this time round. Lucky us!), but we had our first flurry yesterday.

Nice to see I still haven't lost my cryptic touch. In a year that consisted of a load of weddings (including my best friend's), learning to dance, joining an art class, going to the cinema more, writing less, moaning more - I still managed to post nowt suitable in November. Go, me! Much increased usage of smilies though. This makes up for a lot :)
