We didn't want to go far for an adventure, but found fun in our nearby-neighbor-state of Delaware. Not pictured: the trip to the lovely Local Quilt Store where they give you 20% off one purchase during your birthday month. There's me at the register, singing, "happy birthday to me," while buying stuff to make Christmas gifties. I got two pillowcase kits, three charm packs (5" squares of matching fabric), and a cool tote pattern.
