Cleaning out (knitting content)
I cleaned out my lovely knitting basket last night. I could not believe how much stuff I had crammed in there. I put back all the skeins of yarn from the "oh I'm gonna make that" pile back into my stash.
I'm going to focus on the UFOs that landed in there:
* Hug shrug in bubblegum pink alpaca yarn. Need to frog back the sleeves and make them a wee bit shorter. Ok, 2 inches shorter.
* Wee Magic Looped socks. Still can't decide what to do with these. Finish them, make one into a Christmas ornament and try to make one to match? Frog?
* Flower petal washcloth. Just need to finish this one.
And, I finally treated myself to the KnitPicks options needles and THEN they come out with a wood version. Ah well. I'm sticking to the metal points even though the wood ones are gorgeous and have been getting good reviews. I'm not an early adopter of ... anything.
I'm still feeling slightly sickies. I got a good night's sleep last night. Hopefully tonight will be the same and clinch this cold.
I'm afraid to go weigh in at Weight Watchers tonight. I haven't, ahem, stuck to plan this week. We had a birthday party to go to and there was cake.
