What's been happening lately....?
My car is sitting in my garage currently. I have to get the tail lights fixed on that sucker before I can drive it again...so I go to Murrays and buy new fuses and bulbs (not sure which one burnt out, so I bought both). My trunk wouldn't open...great. So I go back up to Murrays and bought Lock Ease...still wouldn't open. My dad tore out the back seat of the car...only finding that there is no specific hatch to get into the truck..so he just ripped it out anyways, well, made his own hole. My brother crawled back in there and opened the trunk. Okay, there's step one, we opened the trunk. So dad puts in the new bulbs...nope, not that. Puts in the fuses, not that either! Some sort of electrical problem. So we tear apart the doors and check all the wires...can't find a darn thing. Now I have to (either) take it in to make the guys find that (35$ MINIMUM to find the problem)..then how ever much it is to fix it..then I need a tune up REALLY BAD ($60 and up, more like 80 cuz mines really bad). Plus it needs a new air filter...(which I can put in myself for 12 bucks)...so a total of about $150!). This is a 94 Beretta with 235,000 miles on it we're talking about. Roughly worth 300, NOT EVEN! My dad says I could probably sell it to a junk yard for 100. Ugh. So we sat down and decided that....my dad will take the Impala, mom will have the van, and I will take the Stratus while I'm saving for a new car with my mom. We're buying a brand new car! Yesss...(BTW, We don't have the Impala for long..til like, May?..yeah so that's why we have to buy a new car lol). So all in all i'm basically getting a new car. Newer at least... Kinda sucks though, the Beretta was good while it lasted.
What am I going to do about this ticket though? I guess I'll just go to the station and tell them that i'm getting rid of the car all together lol, I think I still have to go to court for it though, lol. How gay, but fun :) An ocasion to dress nice.
(Oh my ticket was a 'fix it' ticket btw, nothing that's on my record or anything :) So I still got that spotless record hehe =D)
On another note, i've cought a bug. Ugh. My nose has been pretty stuffy and I sneezed about 400 times this weekend. Everybody at work was laughing at my sneeze :( Shut up! Haha. Oh well. I took Nyquil last night and I like, died in my sleep. Woke up this mornin and took some tylenol stuff..which about two hours later made me really dizzy and I had to sit in the office and drink orange juice and eat apple dippers. That held me until my break I guess, I was still kinda dizzy. But after I actually ate something (I didn't eat when I took the tylenol, I guess I had to..I don't know, I dont take drugs) I felt better.
Now I'm at home. I took a shower, put on this nice shirt and pants...hoping to see jare, but he's at a movie and I guess wont be out til 6. So I didn't bother putting make-up on and threw my hair up and put a (jarett's) hoodie on. I feel snuggly, and clean :). Mom's making some kind of soup, so i hope that makes me feel better.
Jarett's wrestling is over. He made it to regionals and lost, but i'm so proud of him. Softball starts March 14th. I'm so excited for that. I need to start pitchin with Perk and April on tuesday. How fun! Hah. We have to run the mile for softball, and he's gonna time us. How lovely lol. I ran the mile last week and my time sucked..haha. Oh well, I wasn't trying :)
I have to buy a parking pass tomorrow...so Erica B if you read this, remind me!!!
