I am still more sleepy then ever. Infact after I post this I am off to take my daily nap =p Hopefully only 4 more or so weeks of this. I have been eating REALLY bad lately. It's almost depressing. I did eat a great meal last night. Nick took us out to outback and I had salmon and veggies. Prob the first time ive had veggies in weeks.
I just can't help it. The thought of cooking veggies to eat with dinner turns my stomach. I mean there's the occasional tomato and lettuce on a sandwich. But that's not really a big deal. I hope I get over this stuff. I LOVE veggies, I MISS them. All I wanna eat is carbs, and bland food. everything else makes me feel so ill. Mashed potatoes are a god send. ALthough.. I DID pick up a few sweet potoates the other day. I am hoping to cook them up with some butter and cinnamon. That for some strange reason sounds amazing!
One good thing I have not given up is fruit. I eat ALOT of fruit. Oranges, peaches plumbs mostly. I did eat alot of raspberries and blueberries a few weeks back due to them being on sale. But normaly they are almost 4 to 5 bucks for a tiny bit. And im sorry I'm not paying that unless I have a serious craving! But this past weekend I picked up some green grapes and oh lord It's what wed? And I've eaten almost all of them already! I wish gala apples were around, evertime I go to the store they have none. Those are my most fav apple and the only ones I actually like, other then the occasional granny smith. I miss banana's but once I throw something up I never wanna eat it again.
One of the biggest thing's ive been eating loads of is cereal. I LOVE cereal. Right now my big kick is golden grahams! They taste.. amazing. Before I was eating cheerios with fruit in it (like the blueberries or the raspberries I mentioned) and then it was honey nut cheerios. And before that it was honey bunches of oats! I know most of those are just sugary carbs, but you know what these are all fortified cereals and it's better to get them down then to not keep other foods down. So I keep telling myself eating crabs is better then eating nothing.
Another thing I love to eat that I can keep down is to take a flour tortia, usually the low carb ones cuz they are really flexible and fluffy ;D and I take some cream cheese and put meat and cheese on it and roll it up. Those are like amazing to me. I pretty much only eat turkey lunch meat. And eventhen It's only every few days. But still very good. I think I might try to sneak in tomatoes next time. I bought soo many tomatoes cuz normally they are my FAVV Food, but lately I just can't eat em. ;(
We had to go out and buy a brita filter. I cannot stand the taste of the tap water anymore. I've never ever had a problem with tap water, but now.. everything tastes like metal. Ugh gross. and I'm the only one that can taste it! Oh well it's prob better to use drink the filtered shit.
oh well enough babbling, I'm gunna go eat a plumb and take a nap =D
