Got behind on these due to all the sleep I've been getting lately.
Breakfast
- vitamins Calcium, and Prenatal
1 Glass of Simply Orange med pulp calcium enriched orange juice.
Choked down a bowl of Banana Nut Oatmeal with a banana mushed inside. Prob got down half the bowl.
Lunch
I think I slept through lunch again. D:
Snack
1 Juicy Juice box
2 Melba Multigrain Crackers. With cut up cherry Tomato and swish cheese melted on top. (amazing)
Dinner
Homemade Broccoli Cheese soup. It was made with 3 cups 2% organic omega 3s DHA milk. And fresh broccoli. Salt pepper, and I honestly forget what herbs I tossed in. Garlic for one. And I tosses in some chopped red onion but it was a tiny tiny amount.
Cheese was mild cheddar. I ended up not liking it D: but thats mostly because when I chopped it in my magic bullet it wanted to "whip" the milk instead of just chopping up the broccoli but I ate a large bowl of it anyways.
I don't remember What I drank this day . =p
