Being the way that I am, I decided to embark on a taco cart run.
At 6:20pm.
On foot.
To a cart 2 miles away.
At 7:45pm, I returned victorious.
Even though, or should I say, BECAUSE the burrito stewed for a good 35 minutes before being enjoyed, it was sooooo goooood. Actually, that is a vast understatement. If it were made with regular refried beans, I would say that. But no, this was a vegan burrito (that means it's healthy, right?!). So considering that there was no lard involved and the beast only cost $3.50, let's call that burrito phenomenal.
Now, go get your own.
