North Carolina Trip
My North Carolina trip was awesome. I got to meet several of my aunt's friends from when she lived there. I went to visit UNC and got to watch a little bit of the men's practice. Saw the women's coach and even got mistaking for Ivory Latta. It was so funny. This lady comes up to me and starts talking about me making these awesome moves last night. I just looked at my aunt like what the hell is this women talking about. It was pretty funny. The highlight of my trip has to be the trip to DUKE UNIVERSITY. I actually got to get on the floor, and I even saw Coach K. Didn't get to talk to him though cause he was headed to the interview room. I did however get to go to the women's office. They were very nice. They gave me an autographed framed picture off the office wall from the final four team of 2003. Then gave me an autographed poster from last year's team. The men's assistant gave me the basketball yearbook that celebrated the past 50 years at DUKE. The basketball and football players were very nice and friendly. Overall I had a very good time. I left very impressed with the university as well as the overall DUKE UNIVERSITY basketball programs. Ok so my next trip is a UT Lady Vols basketball game. I'll let you know which game but I'm leaning towards Georgia, Vanderbilt, Duke, or UConn. I'll keep everyone posted on my choice.
