Family Reunion
Sunday: I got up at like 3:30am and took a quick shower and headed over to the airport. We flew to Atlanta, then to Colorado. Got our rental car (was pretty nice too) and headed over to our hotel. Went to our Hotel, checked in, hung out for a little then went to six flags! It isnt as good as our theme parks down here, but it was pretty fun. There was this ride called the Boomerang, and it lifts you up backwards then drops you and you go through the ride forewards, then it lifts you and drops you again and you go through it backwards...best ride there! Then me and my family went out to dinner then went to sleep at like 8:30 their time, 10:30 our time.
Monday: We leave the hotel around 8:30 am Colorado time and drive around for a long ass time. Then we meet up at Boulder Rock(something like that) with the rest of my family and we have a little picnic thing. It was fun. Then we went up to our Cabin thing and just chilled...nothing too exciting. Wait, I forgot...my cusion Michael's and Suddaf's wedding...it was a lot of fun...me and my cusion Sean bonded...it was fun...And, I now see why I can't dance, my entire family has absoulutly no rythem! lol
Tuesday: Woke up and walked over to the Stables that were in out Lodge and checked out pricing and times and all that good stuff. Then I walked down to the big house, where most of the family was staying, and asked if anyone wanted to go...I got my cusions Sabrina(15), Sean(17), and Christine(19) to go...it was soo much fun! I got the fiesty one! Winter Hawk...when they were leading him out he was like all hyper and shit....dude, so much fun...and he kinda backed up at one point and almost like went into a lil bucking fit...hahaha great times!! After that I took a shower and went downtown with my mom and my sister...lotsa fun. Didn't get anything tho...oh wait...Taffy! They have like the best taffy ever!! Went back up to our Cabin, ate, watched my dad my cusion Joe, and my cusion Mark and his gf Alexis play horseshoes. Hung out at the big house for a lil....then went to bed.Oh yea, a few(actually a lot) of my cusions made this slide show of everyone growing up, Aunts, Uncles, Grandma, Grandpa, and all the cusions...it was real nice. We watched that too.
Wednesday: White Water Rafting Day!! OMG! sooo much fun....I didn't think that I would have that much fun! The water was kinda cold at first, but I got used to it, it was like only the first splash that was actually cold. My guide was soo much fun, and I was the Co Captain...I sat in the back of the boat with him...didn't do anymore then the other people in my boat...there was 2 different runs, the first run, I stayed in the boat...the second run, I kinda fell out lol. But, it was all good....just a little bit cold. and I almost fell out a second time, but my guide grabbed me...omg it was soo much fun...I soooo wanna do that again sometime! Then we were supposed to do family pictures with our Sheehan Family Reunion shirts and our hats(cowboy hats) but all the cusions ditched out and went mini golfing (except my sister, Mark and his gf) That was fun too, we had 3 teams and a lil tournament going...my team got 2nd :)...tho that was almost no help to me. But it was lotsa fun! Then we went back to the big house, ate some Ice Cream, played Taboo(thats a cool game!) and this card game called Swap...another cool game. Then I went back to my Cabin and went to sleep...fun day.
Thursday: I get to go home!! WOOHOO! Woke up, ate breakfast, packed up, did like 40 million pictures. Left Glacier Lodge, drove for about 2 hours, got to the airport, got onto a small, old plane, next to the most annioying girl who wouldnt shut up and all I wanted to do was sleep. Got off that plane (lopngest 2 and 1/2 hours of my life) and went to our next gate to board our next plane, it was delayed and switched gates, so we went to the new gate, they started to board, it started to rain, they stopped and delayed it aagain....we took off like an hour late, but I slept the entire way! And now I am extremly tired, and there was a lot more that went on, that I'm just to tired to type, but that is the gist of what I did!
Me and Sean bonded a lot....actaully, we picked on each other...but it was a lot of fun....I love my cusions...and omg it was soo sad, my grandma was crying when I said goodbye...soo sad, almost made me cry to...
Anyways, I'm thirlled to be home, but extremly exahuated....I don't even think I spelt that right...Anyways, I'm going to bed now...
