Happy Days are Here again
Joey is coming around. He's beginning to get over the initial shock and is starting to come on board. He's told his parents and I think once he had a talk with his Dad about everything, he's become more like his old self and is now re-evaluating our finances (something he does out of sheer joy anyway). I'm beginning to show him that I'm serious and going to be responsible with the care of the wee babe as I'm usually a bit lazy about chores. I think it's all helped him to calm down and begin to think about everything at a differant persepective. We are beginning to enjoy our time alone while it lasts and we've decided to keep the wee babe. My best friend Jenny has affectionately named it "The Bean" as that's exactly what it looks like all tiny and curved in my belly from the sonogram.
In a lighter note, I found a few photos taken for us during the honeymoon. I was just bike trekking on the Carribean Sea, so both Joe and I are a mess and the photos are frightfully untouched (they were enormous and auto re-sized so they are very pixelated!). I hope you enjoy!
