GO BIG OR GO HOME!
So I just got back from the doctors and guess who's having hand surgery? Oh not you....ME! Fantastic. So about 3 weeks ago I slipped and fell on ice and slammed my hand on the trunk of my car. So it swelled up like 3 times the size and turned just about every color of the rainbow. So I thought I broke/sprained it, so I self-doctored myself and just splinted it. Well the swelling went down a little but it's still a little puffy and the bruising went away after about a week. Well it was still really tender to the touch, so I finally broke down and went to the doctors today and the results.....
I have a bone fragment that broke off and made it's way down through my tendon, making little tears all the way down into the middle of my palm. Also I have carpal-tunnel. But on a positive note, I've lost 22 pounds, so that's good.
