hustle and flow
last night i watched hustle and flow with ryan and josh. man. pimps, ho's, and free flows. now i really know what the dirty south is like AND what i want to be when i grow up.
i'm on my last 15 minute break of the day. eating crackers and drinking dew. the scientist is playing overhead. i feel very content. i'm kinda sad though because ryan and i's one year anniversary is next friday. i told him yesterday that i would request the day off and we could spend the whole day together because he has off. today when i filled out the request form which states "one week advanced notice is required" and passed in to my supervisor she told me that since the schedule has already been made i can't request it off. i can't switch with anyone because everyone is already working friday. i was able to switch my shift from 11:30-8 to 9:30-6 so i guess that's better than nothing but it kinda bummed out my day because i was already daydreaming about how our day off together would be.
