Verizon has officially pissed me off. I'd like to attach a picture of them to a punching bag and beat the hell out of them. I shut down my account for both my landline and my internet service back in JANUARY. Then two weeks ago I got an email stating that my internet was still in service and they needed an address to send the bill to. So I called them last week to inform them of their mistake that my internet should have been shut off already. So the lady I talked cancelled the service. Then today I got a bill in the mail for internet services spanning from January 26th to February 25th. And i'm like WTF! I'm not gonna pay you for your own mistakes! So I called them up and I got someone who just send me back to the annoying computer voice main menu again to "get me to the right person." I went thru the menu again and now i've been on hold for the past hour listening to the annoying as hell elevator music over and over and over. Agagagagagagagagagagaga! When I'm finally connected to someone I'm gonna chew them out. It takes a lot for me to get this angry and verizon takes the cake today. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
