Strange.....................
Well, more news on the work drama. As you most likely know, I have been working at the bar for about a year now. Just last week we hired a new bartender to cover my shifts after I become the manager. We had sat down together and made up the schedule, basicly setting up a plan both knowing it would change......................or so i thought. This morning while training for ordering, I was shown the sched. and saw that she had crossed out my name on many of my nights and put her name in. Also writing "Beccas nights only" on the weekends. WTF!!! I had asked her WHILE we were writing it out if she had any problem, she said she wanted more nights, I said thats fine this is only for show and it will change. That didn't mean let some drunk girl (one of her friends) cross my name off and write little comments on there saying I wasn't being fair. She has only been there 1 week!!!!! She has no right to do this behind my back, when she could have talked to me face-to-face. We could have worked it out fairly and instead she did something very unfair and childish. Did she not understand that it was not set in stone? When she applied she said she was open to ANY shifts, not just nights. When we did the sched, she had three days and two to three nights every week if not more. I am pissed off and need to go to work at my other job, but please oh please tell me your thoughts...........................
