sometimes I feel like a plain Jane
today on the way to work i was listening to the 'Tarzan' soundtrack (from the movie) with all the windows down, blaring.
i'm sorry, but i really love that Tarzan score. especially the percussion.
if my life was set to a soundtrack, i would hope to god it would include tarzan-like music, and maybe some phil collins singing in the background too.
also, i am in new york city CRUNCH mode. seriously. i have 6 weeks to get my life together and PACKED.
and 1.5 of those weeks will be spent with my future roommates apartment-hunting in the city.
any leads on 3BR apts, obviously send them my way.
and religious/spiritual folks, a prayer or vibe-sending wouldn't hurt. too
this summer has been amazing. one of the best so far. i'm learning so much for some reason. especially about myself.
but time is passing way too quickly; sometimes i feel like i can't catch up.
that's why i'm really going to try to relax, slow down, and let my brain chill on the rox while i'm on vacation at crystal lake next week.
and where better to decompress than crystal lake and the traverse city wineries? can i get an 'amen'
