Bink was the episode that finally convinced to give Doctor Who another try. I couldn't stand the show when I sat down to watch the 2005 pilot with some friends. THANKFULLY, FRIEND S. IS PERSUASIVE AND KNOWS HOW TO TEMPT A GIRL.

I mean, I was a sucker for Ten's huge smile (although I still don't prefer his romantic attachment to Rose whatsoever; I liked Nine & Rose's relationship much better) and strange ways, but Blink was definitely one of the better episodes of the 'new series'. HAHAHA THANKFULLY YOU HAVE AMAZING FRIENDS FOREVER <3

Nine and Rose are aaaaaaamazing. I love that she questions and challenges him and that he does the same for her. And then when Jack gets involved my world is pretty much rocked. I will read them gen, I will read them OT3, anything with the three of them in the TARDIS <33333
Ten and Rose's dynamic was better when it was fresh and I wasn't thinking about it, just taking it as it came. (I'm also one of five or so in fandom that actually really enjoyed "Fear Her" and not just for the jam moment.) I still enjoy the season and all of the giddiness and affection that's clearly between them but then I met Martha and saw Donna and Ten's interactions and I don't know, it kind of pales. Whatever though; even a weaker series of Doctor Who is still awesome television.

Ha ha, I can absolutely see where you ran it through a translator. I'm surprised it managed the job as well as it did :P
Nine and Rose, I thought, were so much better than Ten and Rose, because instead of a kind of instant coupling that happened almost right away with the latter, before there was a delightful friendship that could have turned into something more. Like, I don't know, I didn't mind the UST that Martha brought (and I loved how that brought Martha and Jack together), but I think Donna shines forever. I adored her and the Doctor together, and it was just a wonderful friendship between them. I hated the fact that Ten was so hung up on Rose, and so I really relished when Eleven came on the scene and moved all that out the door.
