When Castiel scanned him for any injures, of course he noticed Sam's hand, bandaged up and bloody. "Sam...your hand." He touches it, and starts to unwrap it. Sam doesn't stop him. He frowns instead, and later Castiel realizes Sam doesn't stop him because Cas will eventually find out ( ... )
