Well the weeks of wondering about his sketchiness have finally been confirmed. Turns out Travis has been dating a sophomore in high school for a few weeks now. Now this normally wouldn't bother me a bit, seeing as we're not dating or anything. It's the fact that I got a call on Thursday ripping me a new one because he had discovered Chris's myspace and it said some things about how Chris had recently met this amazing girl, and I'm Chris's number one. Travis called me from work and bitched me out for a good half hour. I'm sorry apparently HE HAD A GIRLFRIEND. I cannot stand liars and hypocrites, I understand that everyone's guilty of it at some point or another however to be so blatant about it. I wanted to drive over to his house and kill him when I found out. and now he's been sending me messages trying to turn the tables and make it so I was the one who's the most wrong blah blah blah. Honestly I'm over it. I have an amazing guy who treats me a million times better than Travis or any other guy ever has. Really, get over yourself.
but it also sucks cause now I can't go to the beach...but I guess it doesn't cause I can use that money for better things like going up north to visit sarah.
ANYWAYS.
Home is different. I'm still not fully adjusted. I can't sleep here, it's too quiet. I don't like not being hooked to the internet 24 hours a day, but I'm living. I DO like the fact that I've seen Jen basically everyday since I've been back. I also like that I hung out with Kel and Mak, only the two coolest kids ever, on Friday. I hope to do it again soon. My parents are being way cooler than usual. Mom asked me the day I got back if it was going to be weird since I haven't had to tell anyone where I was going or who I was with etc. and I told her yes. So since I've been home they haven't really asked all the normal questions when I go somewhere. Usually it's just asking if I'll be home for dinner. They don't even make me come in and say good night when I get home. I kinda like this being older thing. haha.
Saturday was fun. I made Kev come over and help me with my room. He helped me throw away some stuffed animals that don't mean anything. lol. Then we went and got me a new cell phone charger, since mine decided to start missing a chunk. Then we did some last minute mother's day card shopping along with the rest of the world and ate some chik-fil-a. He's a good friend. Then I came home and....don't really remember actually...OH Chris came and hung out with me and dad for a bit before he went out to camp again. Then I went bowling with Jen, Wes, Andrew, Mak and Mark. Me and Jen are officially criminals. We got bitched at and kicked out for eating McDonald's chicken nuggets inside. The girl that worked there was such a cunt about it, I really wanted to punch her in the mouth.
My interview went well at the RAC. But Carilion's slow so I have no idea when I'll hear back about it. In the meantime, I picked up hours at Sonic. I'm thinking Teresa was called as a reference for this job at the RAC because when I called today to see when she needed me, she informed me that I was given a $1.50/hr raise. pretty freaking sweet if you ask me. I have to work at Franklin on Thursday and Friday and I work at Orange on Saturday, hopefully not for too long since I'm just there in case we get busy.
So today I went to get the oil changed and the guy comes to get me...apparently these tires I bought last summer are shit. We just had to get the left rear replaced and he tells me that in about a couple hundred more miles I'll be running on metal on the right rear. awesome. but it's alright because the manufacturer has to pay for it. Not me!
I also had to go and get fitted for a bridesmaid's dress. Autumn's getting married. I thought it was going to be a horrible traumatic experience, but it wasn't. The only thing horrible about it was the fact that it costs me $100. ew.
Then I went to Jen's and she and I had a chinese date. mmm so good. Then we watched TV and looked at all kinds of pictures. It was fun, as it always is with Jen, because we're in love.
Tomorrow I was informed that I can't have plans after 5. Apparently it's a surprise date night for me and Chris. I'm pretty freaking excited. Although he's not that good at keeping secrets, so it's not a complete surprise. lol.
