Just like Weekend Update...but not funny...so just like it...
Well, it's time for another one of those bored and lonely entries. It sucks, I know it does, but I don't really have much else to do at the moment so it's what I'm going to do.
I don't even know what to write about. There really isn't much to write about.
Let's see, yesterday I got up and went to work. Did that for a while, then went to the beach for a bit with my friends. Hung out there for a bit before I went to get some drinks and go over to my friends' place to watch the draft and celebrate John's birthday. I invented a draft drinking game, so we played that. And then we drank some more and talked and watched a movie. Then John threw up so the rest of us went out to Bar. At one point while we were drinking there was a big storm, power went out in some parts of the city, there was at least one light pole that got blown down. Pretty basic stuff.
So today I slept like crap. Got up, worked for a while. Had lunch with Emma, which was delicious. Then we went to get groceries and stuff. Grocery shopping was uneventful, until I got to the checkout lane where my box of No Name stuffing was not found in the system and thus caused over a 10 minute wait, thus annoying the other people in line. That was annoying. But the cashier was cute, young though...she still had braces. Other than that, I came home, chatted with Brian until he vanished. I also spent a lot of time working on music for my iPod. Lots of new songs added, made a new playlist. That was good. Now I'm just watching hockey and being bored while someone pesters me online. *sighs*
It's supposed to go up to like, 30C tomorrow (that's 86 for the metrically challenged.) So that should be nice.
