I never really liked the rain.
Emily does though.
She's in bed with another boring insurance claims adjuster, Jerry, I think his name is, staring out the window into the torrential downpour the folk of Wisconsin call light rain.
As Jerry snuggles into Emily he looks into her eyes and smiles. “I love the rain.”
Emily smiles back and strokes his head. “So do I Jerry, so do I.”
I shake my head.
I never really liked the rain.
Emily does though.

It's raining outside. 43 degrees yesterday, 15 or so at the moment.
