Should Stupid People Die?
Here is a question I often ask myself when I am out wither it is at the mall, sitting at my local boba-ria, or just sitting in class. Would the world be a better place if all of those in the lower end of the intelligence spectrum are to perish? I am positive I am not the only one on the surface of this world to think that. By no means do I actually support genocide or anything like that, but I can not help but feel tempted to support this idea from time to time. I am sure thinking this does not make be a bad person.
When saying stupid people, I mean those who making illogical choices and disregarding the consequences of their actions. For example those idiots whom have a litter of kids but does not have the means to support them, or those whom complain about their lives, sitting around all day unemployed and depend solely on other to support them. There are also the less extreme cases, though are equally as annoying.
What kind of utopia will the death of stupid people make? Ideally we would have a society of people that will function more efficiently and progress faster for the better. Sadly no matter how perfect the plans are to build such a place it is all bound to fail. First of all with out any people in the lower spectrum of smarts there will be no one to so the lower maintenance jobs such as garbage disposal and janitorial work. No one with more than half a brain and education will willing subject them selves to that type of work. Secondly, with out ‘stupid’ people, who are we to blame besides the media when problems happen. Thirdly, with out ‘stupid’ people who will be there for us to complain and put down to make our selves feel better. I hate to admit that it makes me feel all high and mighty with I associate with ‘stupid’ people. However wrong that may be, I am positive I am not the only one to enjoy the ego boost.
See this; this is what comes about when I have nothing better to do. Hopefully once summer session starts I will be occupied enough to keep these stupid rants, that probably make me sound just as stupid as those I am complaining about, to my self. I shall cease my pointless spew of bullshit now.
