ughh.....trim the Bush
hey everyone,
I know, I know...i never update my journal, but lots of the time i can, i just don't think my life is interesting enough, or i don't have enough to write...but i am writing now and you all better read this!
yesterday, was one of saddest days of my life, President Bush got re-elected to be our president for another four years! His unwise leadership got america to an amazing low in his first 4 years and now i think he's going for a record!
I dislike president Bush with most of my being, and I think we need new leadership in this country very much, however, i do know, and are good friends with, people who support Bush, so i do not mean to offend by this update. I, personally, have no support or good will for the next four years, and i just ask of our president to keep us safe, PEACEFULLY!
I feel there is so much wrong with our government and it disgusts me to my core! The things our government does in the world and to our people is disheartening! I still however, still have amazing love for our country and complete support for the people fighting for it. The people who signed up to fight to save our country and are now fighting in a war, that i personally think could have been avoided, are some of the most courageous people i could imagine! God bless them! I know that they mostly support Bush and his plans..why i may never know, but with the situation their in, i think that i would also vote for a person who was going to fund me having what i need!
I hope that we, as America, get our heads on straight and start being smart with our votes and being involved in our politics, because we have control if we want it! Most people with degrees above high school voted for kerry, and obviously those with below that voted bush!? also if you look at a map of the compromise of 1850 the northern, anti-slavery states, and the southern, slave states are almost identically the same as the election results of 2004! (the south has risen!) You may think this is crap, but it is the same except for 2 states!
I love all of you and please make sure you keep in touch, i don't have AIM right now but i hopefully will soon! love you all!
