It's the time again. I'll also be adding these to the master rec lists. But for now, let's see what I've fallen in love with recently!

why: It shows both the despair and hope within the 9th doctor. Also, it goes along great with Facets. I recommend you read that first.

why: Because what Rose suffers is portrayed so realistically, and I found myself not knowing if I wanted her to go back to traveling with The Doctor or not. I was moved.

time_and_chips - Welcome to the TARDIS Tea Room (a.k.a. the Doctor Who Porn Comm of Ill Repute). Gotta love that title! It's all about Rose and pretty much any incarnation of the Doctor. Mostly, it's 9 and 10. Wide variety of styles in the fics, plus you have fan vids and discussions.

A Teaspoon and an Open Mind - An open archive for Doctor Who stories of all kinds. Lovely variety of fics, and you can browse by incarnation! Personally, I first attracted by the picture of a tea cup and a sonic screwdriver.
The Gallery @ Chaotic Creative - The screencaps are of a decent size and good quality, and they seem to be pretty up to date. I've already started collecting for the icons I know I can't help but make.

How Harmonious a Group Were MWPP? [location: livejournal] - All about the relationship between the Marauders. Really strikes a chord and rings true for me.
Suspicious!Remus [location: livejournal] - It shows, through canon, how Remus isn't all that nice and he's kind of detached. It shows how some of those manipulative!Remus and dark!Remus fics can be entirely possible.

why: Because it's the first pairing that sprung to mind when I saw Hook and Mr. Darling played by the same actor? Because, sometimes, I believe Hook may actually be dead? Mostly, because it's dark and without being overly gruesome. Hard combination, that.
