so on saturday i went to nationals. i got out in shortboarding my first round. it really sucked. i think if i was surfing on the south side instead of the north i couldve actually caught a real wave. but i only caught two ansd those girls were pretty good. buttt che torres was lame and didnt show up so i filled in for him for bodyboarding. i got third in my firsdt heat and went on to the repo. and got fourth. oone spot away from the final. but i really felt like an outsider looking in on the shortboard girls who advanced. pooh.
