Did anyone notice who got the encore, or how when the winners were announced everything went silent. How about when they announced first place everyone looked hurt and confused and just turned and walked away. None of them were covers. That was a reatrded judging if i have ever seen one. "GRRRRRRR, WAAAAAAA, WOOOOOO, YAAAARRRRR, AHHHHHH" no one

hmmm.. my friend wanted me to comment on this and quote him... but now that I read ur reply myself.. Id rather tell u what i think.

I could say 11 letters horribly sucked (even tho they didnt). Theyre realllly good at what they do, but I hate the type of music they play. I cant stand it. And see? I didnt say "omfg i hate them theyre TERRIBLE" because I respect them for what they do. You on the other hand whine and complain that you have to listen to Through the Ashes at the assembly.

No one "tried not to discriminate". Sue the judges for being open minded for once. Every year some preppy band wins and you think everyones happy? um. no. There are a lot of people that enjoyed through the ashes. Obviously they didnt suck if they won. Maybe you dont like that type of music, but thats ur own problem.

Sorry. I mean.. I like you and all. But that just pisses me off. A lot.

oh and some people think that the things i wrote on here are towards kristen. They arent. Theres nothing wrong with wanting your brothers band to win and not agreeing with the judges. I commented to other people (notice the DELETED POST).

They're incredible, and you could hear the vocals and all the instruments equaly the acustics were so good for playin in a place that has crappy acoustics to begin with

i respect everything that through the ashes did its just that vocals is a big thing, and im pretty sure that no one except band memebers and friends of band memebers of through the ashes would know anything that they were saying, i think theyd be alright if they sang instead of yellin and crap.

and as to katie about how prep bands win every year, since when was billy and scott preps?, the bands that have won win cuz they were the good bands...
