im olddddddd
its my birthday! ive decided one of the best things about facebook is that it makes you feel loved even though it takes virtually no effort for people to wish you a happy birthday because they dont even have to remember when your birthday is. but still, they take a little bit of time to think up something nice to write on my wall and it makes me happy. since our fake christmas tree is still up and we just redecorate it for every holiday now because its been so long, my birthday tree is covered in kids meals toys and little plastic tiaras. and my sister gave me a paper tiara and a plastic sword last night, so ive been wandering around with two tiaras and a sword and a spinny princess light up thing that michelle got for me in florida. my sister and i went to the cute little bakery and bought me a death by chocolate cake (chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, covered in chocolate ganache) and little mini pastries. thennnnn we went to the korean grocery store to buy my favorite drink, izze, which is sparkling fruit juice with no artificial stuff, no sweetners, and counts as a serving of fruit. and jess and budan were working and both wished me a happy birthday. budan told me "you got prettier since high school", and that either means that i was ugly in high school, or just that my already existing prettiness increased. i know she meant the latter, but of course jessica and my sister went with the first interpretation. nowww i get to have steak for dinner tonight, and get presents from my siblings (im pretty sure that my brother got me books because we went to the bookstore yesterday and i pointed to all the books i wanted and then he was like "i have to buy you something. go to the pet store") and then tomorrow i get to have my fun formal dinner with erica, laura, ellen, and lisa. we're wearing formal dresses to outback merely because i enjoy confusing the waitstaff and i like wearing pretty dresses. maybe ill make them all wear tiaras too... anyway, its been a day of shiny pink things i.e. a pretty good birthday for me. except that patrick isnt here, but he sent me a fun ecard that made me smile.
