Thanksgiving Break

Well this break has had its ups and downs, but it was definitely awesome spending time with the family and friends that I haven't seen much. Let's see...Wednesday morning I had an interview for my student teaching placement. I'm utterly confused as to what is going on with that. Like they want me but they dont know if its a good placement for me? Hmm? I need to get this fixed ASAP. Then I just relaxed allllllll day and night and my goodness was it lovely. I also napped which made me feel like crap. Hence why I never nap. And my dad rented me "Supersize me", what a nasty movie but very educational. I don't know if I will ever eat McDonalds again. If you like McDonalds I don't suggest watching it. Thursday was turkey day and I slept pretty late, then got ready to go to my grandmothers. I hung out there for the day with the fam, looked at some old pictures, played our usual holiday game that I can't remember the name of, ate lots of food, etc. I had a good time though, family get-togethers have been more pleasant lately. Then I met up with Shaun for a little while, and that was the extent of my Thanksgiving. Friday I slept in again (woo!) then me, Lisa, Tommy and Mike went to Applebees for lunch. I hadn't seen Mike since he left for school in Chicago back in August so it was awesome to see him again and catch up on things. Then I just hung out at home for a while, relaxed some more, and then met up with Tommy, Tami and Joey for the night. Good stuff. Today was one long ass day. I woke up at 7:30 and worked the damn basketball games from freakin 9am-9:30pm. I made $70 so I can't complain really. I had a good time hanging out with Allisyn and Chris and all the drama with our chinese food lol. The day went suprisingly fast, and wasn't too torturous. Then once I got outta there I met up with a crapload of people at Tommy's, but then me, Katie, Mike and Dilley decided to go our separate ways and went to Cafe Tartufos. I got a slice of Tiramisu cuz I've been craving it for a long time, and what do I find in my Tiramisu?? A freakin piece of wire or somethin. I was not happy. I told the waitress too so she brought me a new slice, but they still charged me. What the hell lol. But it was great hanging out with them again, such fun. Greatest comment ever..."Where'd you find him? Jim Henson's dumpster?" lmao. Then afterwards me, Mike and Katie drove around for a bit and had some good convos. Tomorrow shall be another long day, but it's good stuff. I'll be waking up at 7:30 once again to work a few more basketball games from 9-1. Then I have my grandmother's birthday brunch from 2-4. I made her a scrapbook and I am soooo excited to give it to her, can't wait! Then I believe I'm going to Shaun's band practice. He told me that they learned how to play "Vindicated" by Dashboard. Omg, I am going to die when I hear it. I love that song sooooo freakin much.

Well, I really should get my ass to bed. I need sleep. Night all!!
