So, I have some pictures for those who requested them!
roh_wyn wanted some food, so here goes:
This is not a recent picture, but it's my very favorite kind of cake, with strawberries and cream. Also my mother's favorite -- she always makes it for her birthday, which is in the middle of strawberry season.
lindahoyland requested my favorite tree or a church. I'm hoping to post one of a church a bit later, but here's one of an old apple tree in front of my parents' house. I don't remember a time when the tree was not there, so it's kind of important for me! :)
And for bela_black, a picture of one of my favorite books! I own this one in four different languages, and the reason I didn't go for the original version is that this particular one was given to me by a good friend of mine.
