...is the title of a cool thread at the Brothers of Gondor board, where you can find a bunch of pictures of people who have the right appearance to fit among Tolkien's kings. Today, a funny thing happened: I was taking a bus home, and the driver looked like a long-lost identical twin of Chris Noth! (Well, a slightly larger one, but the facial resemblance was really striking.) So I suddenly thought Mr Noth would make a good Numenorean, and told cressidarambles, and we started thinking just whom he could play...
